- No step-by-step invasive procedure, emergency intervention, manufacturer instruction, sterilization parameter, or maintenance procedure.
- No certification, CME, accreditation, competence, hospital endorsement, partnership-status, or clinical-outcome claim.
Patient dignity
Do not enter patient information
The app has no patient-data field. Do not enter patient names, photographs, recordings, identifiers, health records, real case details, measurements, research information, or confidential institutional information. Educational case conversations must use fictional scenarios and approved systems outside this app.

For any actual or suspected emergency, stop using OtoBridge Rounds and follow the approved facility emergency pathway immediately. Airway Escalation Culture addresses communication and help-seeking behavior only; it contains no clinical triggers, algorithm, technique, or intervention.
Equipment
Discussion aids are not approvals
Equipment tools organize questions about fit and lifecycle. Qualified local biomedical, procurement, regulatory, infection-prevention, engineering, and clinical teams must evaluate every real device using current manufacturer instructions and authorized procedures.

Africa is not one clinical environment
Laws, protocols, professional scopes, languages, services, resources, and governance vary by country, institution, and facility. Users must verify local applicability with qualified authorities.
