OtoBridge Rounds works offline. Support cannot provide medical advice, patient care, emergency help, credentialing, or access to a remote mentor.

Accessibility feedback
Report screen-reader labels, contrast, font scaling, touch targets, or motion concerns. Include the app version and device model, but no sensitive information.
Content correction
Identify the module title, statement, source, and reason for concern. Medical-learning corrections require qualified editorial review and a new review date.
The app says a page is external
That message is expected. OtoBridge Rounds does not fetch web pages. After confirmation, Android hands the HTTPS link to a separate browser. The browser needs its own connection and has separate privacy practices.
Erase local state
Open Privacy & Medical Limits and select Erase all local app state. Android Clear Storage or uninstall also removes the private preferences. There is no account or server copy.
Explored-seat count
The count is a private navigation aid. It is not a score, competence assessment, certificate, credential, report, or measure of professional performance.
Medical or emergency help
Do not use this support channel or app for an actual clinical situation. Follow the approved facility emergency pathway and contact qualified local professionals.
Image and content rights
Generated images are used as editorial illustrations. The publisher is responsible for confirming commercial-generation rights and retaining the applicable license record. Do not submit a person’s image or organization logo through support.
